These Terms of Service govern your use of the ShopThePost WordPress plugin and related CreateFor.Me connection services provided by Mas Import EOOD.

By installing, accessing, purchasing, connecting an account to, or using ShopThePost, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ShopThePost

ShopThePost is a WordPress plugin that allows website owners to create interactive and shoppable content feeds.

Depending on the version and available features, ShopThePost may allow users to:

  • upload content manually;
  • create image and carousel posts;
  • connect supported social media accounts;
  • synchronize authorized Instagram content;
  • synchronize authorized TikTok content;
  • display social content on a WordPress website;
  • tag WooCommerce products;
  • add affiliate products;
  • add external product links; and
  • display shoppable content using ShopThePost feeds and shortcodes.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must use ShopThePost in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you connect.

If you use ShopThePost on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your WordPress Website

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining your WordPress installation;
  • protecting your administrator credentials;
  • maintaining appropriate backups;
  • keeping WordPress and relevant software reasonably secure and updated;
  • ensuring that content displayed through ShopThePost is lawful; and
  • ensuring that your use of affiliate links, advertising, product endorsements, and ecommerce features complies with applicable laws.

5. TikTok Integration

ShopThePost may allow you to connect your own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit.

The integration uses authorized TikTok API access to provide features including identifying the connected account and retrieving the user’s public TikTok videos.

ShopThePost currently uses read-only permissions including:

user.info.basic – to identify the authorized TikTok account and display basic account information.

video.list – to retrieve public videos belonging to the authorized TikTok account for use in the ShopThePost feed.

ShopThePost does not use these permissions to publish, edit, or delete content on your TikTok account.

You must only connect a TikTok account that you are authorized to access.

6. TikTok Content Synchronization

When TikTok Sync is enabled, ShopThePost may retrieve authorized public TikTok content and associated metadata.

Users may be able to:

  • import their latest 3, 6, or 9 TikTok videos;
  • manually check for new videos;
  • enable periodic synchronization;
  • display imported TikTok content within ShopThePost; and
  • associate products with imported content.

Availability of TikTok data and functionality depends on TikTok’s APIs and platform services.

We cannot guarantee that every TikTok video, field, thumbnail, embed, or other item will always be available through TikTok’s APIs.

7. Instagram Integration

ShopThePost may separately provide an Instagram synchronization feature using authorized Meta APIs.

Connecting TikTok does not require connecting Instagram, and connecting Instagram does not require connecting TikTok.

Availability of Instagram functionality depends on Meta’s APIs and platform requirements.

8. Third-Party Platforms

ShopThePost relies on third-party platforms and technologies, which may include TikTok, Meta/Instagram, WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers, and other services.

Third-party platforms may modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or change their APIs, authentication systems, policies, functionality, or availability at any time.

Mas Import EOOD does not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability.

Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that service’s own terms, policies, and requirements.

9. Product and Affiliate Links

ShopThePost allows website owners to associate content with products and external links.

You are responsible for:

  • the products you promote;
  • the accuracy of product information;
  • affiliate disclosures;
  • advertising disclosures;
  • pricing claims;
  • external destinations;
  • compliance with affiliate program terms; and
  • compliance with applicable consumer-protection and advertising laws.

ShopThePost does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of products offered by third parties.

10. Your Content

You retain responsibility for content that you upload, import, display, tag, or otherwise use through ShopThePost.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content on your website.

Connecting a social media account does not transfer ownership of your social media content to Mas Import LTD.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use ShopThePost to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • access a social media account without authorization;
  • circumvent TikTok, Meta, or other platform security or access controls;
  • scrape or obtain platform data through unauthorized methods;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • interfere with ShopThePost or the CreateFor.Me connection service;
  • misuse authentication credentials or access tokens; or
  • use Platform Data for purposes not authorized by the relevant user or platform.

12. Social Platform Authorization

Social media connections are initiated by the user.

You may disconnect supported social media accounts through ShopThePost where that functionality is available.

Disconnecting an account stops future synchronization through that connection but may not automatically remove content already imported into your WordPress website.

You remain responsible for deleting local WordPress copies if you no longer wish to display them.

13. Privacy

Our processing of personal information associated with ShopThePost is described in the ShopThePost Privacy Policy.

By using social media integrations, you acknowledge that the applicable third-party platform also processes information under its own privacy policies and terms.

14. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue ShopThePost functionality when reasonably necessary.

This may be required because of:

  • security updates;
  • WordPress changes;
  • WooCommerce changes;
  • TikTok API changes;
  • Meta API changes;
  • platform policy changes;
  • legal requirements; or
  • technical limitations outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Free and Paid Features

ShopThePost may be offered with free and paid features.

Features, limits, pricing, subscription terms, licensing conditions, and availability may differ between plans and may change over time.

Applicable pricing and billing information will be presented before purchase.

16. Intellectual Property

ShopThePost, CreateFor.Me, associated software, branding, documentation, designs, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Mas Import LTD except where otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ShopThePost software or intellectual property to you.

Third-party trademarks, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Disclaimer

ShopThePost is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • every third-party API will remain available;
  • every social media post can always be retrieved;
  • social platform authentication will always operate without interruption;
  • third-party embeds will always be available;
  • external product links will remain active; or
  • ShopThePost will be compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting environment, or third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mas Import LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use ShopThePost, including losses caused by third-party platform changes, website downtime, lost traffic, lost revenue, or unavailable social media integrations.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Termination

You may stop using ShopThePost at any time and may disconnect supported social media accounts.

We may restrict or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risks, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ShopThePost evolves or when legal, technical, security, or third-party platform requirements change.

The current version will be published on CreateFor.Me with its effective date.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian law, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you based on your jurisdiction.
